Swaddled

It's 10pm and the little one is refusing to go to bed. We've been trying since 8pm. I don't think she's feeling well and she normally goes to be easy peasy, so we are in the middle of watching "Nemo" at the moment.  I decided to post a layout I completed today of DH in her swaddle at just 2 months old.

I used the following sketch from pagemaps. In addition to using the sketch you are required to mix different pattern paper lines.  I used CTMH and Crate Paper.

I also played along with The Studio Challenges - May 18th challenge - 5 things. Create a layout using 5 things only!  For example if you use a sheet of patterned paper that counts as one and washi tape counts as one as well!  (Photo, glue, cardstock for background, pen and stitching counts as nothing)

I used
1. pattern paper from Crate Paper
2. pattern paper from CTMH (brown and blue are the same paper, reverse sides)
3. CTMH stamp set
4. chipboard from Maya Roads
5. Tabloids sheet from Authentique which contained the little cardstock sayings.

My title was cut from quickutz from the same blue cardstock as the border and was used to cover the chipboard shapes.

Here are a couple of closeups:
