Project Life - Week 28

Welcome to Project Life 2014! If you are new to my blog, welcome! I hope you will stay a while. I'm Jessica, wife to Juan, mommy to 2 year old Maddie. I am also an electrical engineer by day and I am participating in Project Life, a different way to record our lives by taking one photo a day. This was inspired by the fabulous Becky Higgins who has put together a wonderful kit to make this challenge easier.

I am using the digital kit on shutterfly. This digital version is SUPER easy to use! See my completed pages for 2012 using the Shutterfly Cobalt kit HERE. I will hopefully be posting my 2013 pages soon.

And finally, my POTW (pictures of the week) -

Wednesday - Maddie loves our IPads. One of her favorite apps on Daddy's IPad is Toca Boca. She has learned so much including her alphabet and the sounds the letters make.

Friday - I missed Shannon's birthday, so the first item on the agenda when we arrived at the Scrapbook retreat was for her to open her present. I found this awesome jewelry and outfit at the Scrapbook convention and just knew it was Shannon's style.

Saturday - I got Angie, Shannon and I all t-shirts at the convention. I love my besties and it was SOOOO good to see them and chat all night long about everything under the sun! I was so excited that Juan finally agreed that I could go for a weekend away with them. I have been salivating for a month over this trip. It came and went way too fast.

Sunday - When I arrived home today Maddie and Juan had a surprise for me, beautiful flowers. Maddie must have taken me into the dining room 5 times and said "Surprise!"
