LS Spring Forward Challenge 89 & Sketch Inspiration Layout

Hi everyone! Well I scrapped all day and only managed to finish two layouts.  How sad is that?  Creativity comes in its own time.  This was my LAST Golden Gate Bridge layout.  I used the Spring Forward Challenge 89 at Let's Scrap and Sketch #212 from Sketch Inspiration.

Here is my layout:

The Spring Forward Challenge #89 was to scraplift the layout or project loaded right after your last layout in the gallery.

You don’t have to scraplift it exactly. Just pick something you like about that layout or project and use it in a layout or project of your own. It can be the colors, the theme, the photo placement, or any technique or embellishment they may have used. Anything you liked about it.

When you post your layout in the gallery, please post a link to the layout you lifted along with a short description of the element you chose to scraplift from their project.  The layout posted after my last layout was by Vashani Villay.  Her layout can be seen here.  I used the same sketch that she used LS 3-2-11.
I liked Vashani's monotone pink color with the pop of teal.  I used a monotone natural with pop of gray.

I also combined sketches, I have never done this before.  I liked the quilt look of the Sketch Inspiration #212. I rotated it and merged it with the Let's Scrap sketch. I used smaller photos in lieu of pattern paper around the main photo.  I hope you are inspired to join in the fun at both these blogsites!  Here is sketch #212:

And here are some detailed photos:

I am inspired by your layout because it uses multiple pictures. And you do it so well! I often need to scrap multiple pictures and end up using the same layout; this give me new inspiration. Thanks!

Your layout is beautiful Jessica, I love how you were able to combine the two sketches and make it work for both. The colors in the paper match your pictures perfectly
