Project Life - Week 33

Welcome to Project Life 2014! If you are new to my blog, welcome! I hope you will stay a while. I'm Jessica, wife to Juan, mommy to 2 year old Maddie. I am also an electrical engineer by day and I am participating in Project Life, a different way to record our lives by taking one photo a day. This was inspired by the fabulous Becky Higgins who has put together a wonderful kit to make this challenge easier.

I am using the digital kit on shutterfly. This digital version is SUPER easy to use! See my completed pages for 2012 using the Shutterfly Cobalt kit HERE. I will hopefully be posting my 2013 pages soon.

And finally, my POTW (pictures of the week) -

Wednesday - I had to fly to Oklahoma today for work. Nothing like DFW and the skylink. I was very glad to be home, even though it was only a day trip.

Thursday - Today was George's retirement party. We celebrated his 29 years from ccrd and his engineering career spanning 49 years. It was at Marie Gabrielle's and there were drinks and hors d'oeuvres. It was great to see Linda again.

Friday - Maddie in a box! She loves to play with the diaper boxes and tries to squeeze her entire body inside.

Saturday - We took Maddie to Wells Fargo today to open her first savings account. We emptied all three of her piggy banks. We didn't know they no longer accept coins, unless they are rolled. She had over $500 in just bills! She was most excited that she got a sucker.

Monday - Maddie helped me address her birthday invites. I ordered custom Dora stickers to put on the backs of the envelopes. She is such a great little helper.
