Project Life - Week 18

Welcome to Project Life 2014! If you are new to my blog, welcome! I hope you will stay a while. I'm Jessica, wife to Juan, mommy to 2 year old Maddie. I am also an electrical engineer by day and I am participating in Project Life, a different way to record our lives by taking one photo a day. This was inspired by the fabulous Becky Higgins who has put together a wonderful kit to make this challenge easier.

I am using the digital kit on shutterfly. This digital version is SUPER easy to use! See my completed pages for 2012 using the Shutterfly Cobalt kit HERE. I will hopefully be posting my 2013 pages soon.

And finally, my POTW (pictures of the week) -

Saturday - We headed out to Ft. Worth today to the Zoo. They are having a special GIGANTABUG exhibit. There were 13 larger-than-life animatronic bugs spread all over the zoo. Maddie loves bugs of all sorts and thought they were amazing. She also had to touch the snake and check out the crocodiles. She is such a little tom boy and never stops RUNNING!

Sunday - We headed over to Nana's to play at the park with the kiddos today. It was soooo hot that we didn't play long before returning to Nana's house. They decided they wanted to play in the sprinkler, so Nana loaned them all shirts. Mom tried to hand the sprinkler from the tree, but was having no luck so Vanessa stepped in. It was a fun sight to see.
