Happy Sunday again! I finished a layout this morning for a recent page (April 2013) of Little Miss at the Arboretum and playing with her cousins. This one was pretty simple. I used very old transparency pages from long ago, added photos, embellishments, a quick title and some journaling. How on earth this page took me almost 4 hours I'll never understand. It think it had a lot to do with the multiple interruptions from little miss! LOL.
I played along with Berry71Bleu - June Summer challenge. The challenge was to make a project about your favorite activity in Summer and use bright colors in it. Mine is definitely all about the outdoors, until the Texas heat sets in. We love spending time outdoors and Maddie love playing with her little cousins! The colors don't look as bright in the photo as they really are. It is full of bright summer colors!
I also played along with Scrapbook Challenges - June Wildcard challenge. This challenge was to use at least 4 photos. I think I well exceeded that count, with 23 photos!
Finally, I played along with Colorful Creations - June The Theme Park challenge - FUN!!! This theme is all about enjoying life, whether it's vacation, going out to dinner with friends or family, or doing something indulgent for yourself...anything that brings happiness or delights to your spirit. Perhaps a moment in the past that reflects what you think is the epitome of FUN. For me, this is watching my dear little miss grow, explore, play and simply be Happy!
