Happy weekend everyone! The October LOAD (LayOut A Day) challenge over at Let's Scrap is almost over. I am very close to meeting my goal. This layout is #28 & 29, another Aruba layout. I love these photos, but they printed too dark so I really struggled with this layout. I'm not happy with it, but it is complete and the story documented so I am moving on. Sometimes I think the more I scrap the better my pages get, and sometimes I think the more I scrap the worse they get.......does that happen to you?
I used Let's Scrap sketch 10-24-12, but I really scraplifted DT member Cathy's fabulous layout:
I used a set of large alpha stamps from CTMH for the title. I'm really not so great at stamping and I messed up, so the s is off, but it is another LO complete.
Here is a detailed shot:
Materials Used: paper - Best Creation Inc., unknown; rub-on - Imaginesce & Cosmo Cricket; ink - CTMH; alphabet stamp - CTMH; journaling note - Making Memories; stickers- Me&MyBigIdeas; brads - CTMH.
Thanks for visiting! Hope you have a fantastic weekend!

I also played along with Scrapbook Challenges - October Stamp Challenge - Overcoming Fears. The challenge for the non-stampers is easy, overcome your fear of not stamping! Beg, borrow or use the stamp in your stash to add it to your next layout.

I love the splash title and the blue swirly. You have amazing handwriting! I think your layout turned out great. I think we are always more critical of our own work.
