SC Sketch #259 Layout

I know this is a bit late; but I loved this 2-page sketch at Scrapbook Challenges and just had to play along.  Oh, and it did work perfect for yet another Sagrada Familia page.  Almost through with these photos! YEAH.  Here is the sketch:

And here is my layout:

A few detailed shots: My favorite thing about this layout is that I coerced my husband into journaling!  He actually journaled these words while we were in Spain, but I managed to get him to rewrite it on my journaling block. I so love having his handwriting in our album as well!  I also used glimmering spray on the chipboard, which is a bit hard to see in the photo but helps bring out the gold.

Materials Used:  paper - Paper Studio, Studio Calico; border punch - EK Success; title letters - Quickutz Khaki; gold Fleur di Lis - EK Success Jolee's Boutique; chipboard - unknown; paint - Making Memories Marine; shimmer mist - Creative Imaginations Luminarte Radiant Rain; brads - unknown; jute - unknown; journaling blocks - unknown; stamps - CTMH Picture Perfect, Simple Stitches, and Adorning Corners; ink - CTMH barn red & black.

Thanks so much for visiting and for bearing with me through my million Sagrada Familia pages.  I promise we will move on soon! LOL  Happy Hump Day!
