Camp Paper Issues - #10 & #11 Softball

It's me again,

I'm so excited! I'm participating in the Paper Issues Camp this weekend and I'm determined to finish all the challenges. There are 25, so that's probably not realistic for me, but I'm still going to try! I'm on team Crazy Crafty Chicks.

This my #10 & #11 layouts. The left side of my layout is #10 and was created for the Scrap Heap challenge. I used paper from DCWV, Quick Quotes and Karen Foster, die cuts from EK Success and Paper Wizard, a tag from Creative Memories, and misc. ribbon and washit tape from my stash.

The right side of my layout is #11 and was created for the Bead O'Clock challenge. I didn't have any beads, so I used a Diamond Dotz sticker that my daughter made.

I used a sketch from Stick it Down August double page sketch:

New Layout - First Day of School

Hello all my scrappy friends,

I'm up today over at Lasting Memories as a Guest Designer August. This is my layout for their 3rd monthly challenge. This month is all about special events. Their 3rd challenge for the month #511 is Back to School, Halloween, Thangksgiving.  I chose Back to School, the first day of DD's 3's class. She was so excited to go to school every day and loved playing with all her friends. It was a Mother's Day out program, but was perfect to give her the socialization she craved.

For this layout I used paper from ScrapbookCustoms.com, die-cuts from Paper Wizard, tags from Paperie, flag clips from Studio Calico, 3D stickers from K&Company, letters from cocoadaisy, thickers from American Crafts, an arrow sticker from Mrs. Grossman's, a journaling block, stamps and ink from CTMH, and misc. ribbon from my stash. I used my typewriter from WeRMemoryKeepers to give it that "school" look.

Thanks for visiting. Come over to Lasting Memories and play along!

This my #9 layout for the String Things challenge.

I used patterned paper that reminded me of friendship braceliets, jounaling tags with little grommet setters around the exterior, and faux stitching around the little "monster". I finished up with stitched swirles as string art under my hearts.

For this layout I used a kit from Out on a LImb and added journaling blocks from K&Company, and lots of ink from CTMH.
