Every year at P+W, each studio dresses up for Halloween. This year Juan's studio paid tribute to a fellow employee that recently moved to Dubai and copied one of his crazy past year costumes. They were hilarious!
I began this blog to document my POTD (picture of the day) for our Project Life album in 2010. In Sept. 2011 I had our first baby and I plan for her to have the most documented life possible. I have continued each year with Project Life, but also have expanded my blog to include layouts and other creations. Life has gotten busy, so I don't post as often as I used to, but am still determined to try. I would love to have you join me on our journey! Thank you for visiting!

Yippee - Some Good News
I received two pieces of good news today, on my Birthday. First, the right side of my Winter Wonderland layout was featured as a "Featured Photo" at Scrapbook Challenges in the Gallery. My featured layout is:

The second bit of fabulous news is that I was the "Hop On Comment" winner for the Birthday Bash over at Scrapbook Challenges. Check out the cool prize I won, The "Delight" collection from Fancy Pants Designs.
Oh, and it's my birthday!

Self Portrait Challenge Layout
Scrapbook Challenges had a Birthday Bash last week and one of the challenges was to create a Self Portrait layout. I didn't finish mine in time to enter the contest, but I still managed to finish it. This is the first layout I have ever completed all about me and for no particular reason. Tomorrow is my birthday, so I thought it fitting.

New Year's Layout
This is my final page of my 2007 layouts. My goal this weekend was to finish my 2007 album and I accomplished it! It's nice to reach a goal once in a while. I hope you had a productive and relaxing weekend, I know I did.

Corteo Layout
This layout is about our Cirque Du Soileil show. Juan had never seen one of these amazing shows, so when I heard they were in Dallas, we immediately bought tickets.

November - By the Numbers Challenge
The November, By the Numbers Challenge is posted at Scrapbook Challenges. The challenge this month was:
- use 4 Photos
- An element of red
- A piece of ribbon
- Some stitching (machine or hand!)
The left side of my sketch is for the challenge, but my overwhelming need to create 2-page layouts caused me to add a right page. My stiching is the words and the swirl in the title.

Sketch #212 Challenge Layout
This layout was completed using Sketch #212 from over at Scrapbook Challenges. This is an old sketch, but seemed to work well with my "Mia Meets Peanut" page.
I used dew drops, the new Prima Flower line for the doilies and flowers, the paper and stickers are Cloud9 Design, making memories textured tape, making memories - mini metal circle tabs, and the centers in the flowrs are Prima - Say it in Studs.
Here is the sketch:

Sketch #225 Challenge Layout
The new weekly sketch has been posted at Scrapbook Challenges.
Here is the sketch:
And here is my take on the sketch. I converted it into a 2-pager, of course. This layout is about my 3-month old puppy, Mia, meeting my friend, Shannon. Aren't these photos too cute?

Body Worlds Layout
I am trying to finish my 2007 album and have a bunch of random pages yet to finish. This was one. No photos, but I used the brochure and some post cards from the event.

Ice Cold Layout
This is a random layout I completed for the big Ice Storm in Tulsa in 2007. It kept us stranded with Angie for an extra couple of days. Thank goodness we had our scrapping supplies and great friends!
