New Layout - Bloom & Garden

 I'm playing along with Scrap with Stacy July Scrappy Friends Tic Tac Toe Challenge

I used almost a complete blackout: the first and 3rd column, the center row, and both diagonals. I used stencil butter and cosmic water colors for mixed media, I used lots of puffy stickers, I used multiple chipboard, 5 different pattern papers, 3 brads, a mixed title, and 3 hearts.  I also used Rochelle Spears July Sketch challenge
