After Camp Tradition

 I'm playing along with Scrap with Stacy September Scrappy Friends Tic Tac Toe Challenge 

I used the diagonal: 2 or more photos (I used 7), a banner (stamped banner at the bottom with the letters "ICE CREAM"), and twine (on the tags at the top).  I also used Rochelle Spears September sketch Challenge
