Project Life - Week 47

Welcome to Project Life 2014! If you are new to my blog, welcome! I hope you will stay a while. I'm Jessica, wife to Juan, mommy to 2 year old Maddie. I am also an electrical engineer by day and I am participating in Project Life, a different way to record our lives by taking one photo a day. This was inspired by the fabulous Becky Higgins who has put together a wonderful kit to make this challenge easier.

I am using the digital kit on shutterfly. This digital version is SUPER easy to use! See my completed pages for 2012 using the Shutterfly Cobalt kit HERE. I will hopefully be posting my 2013 pages soon.

Thursday - Maddie and her class have been working hard on all the decorations for the Thanksgiving luncheon today. Maddie's best friend at school is Sloan and the two of them are very close and so cute together. Sloan is in class with Maddie on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. On Monday/Wednesday Maddie is in Mrs. Miriam and Mrs. Chantal's class and she is in Mrs. Jackie and Mrs. Lisa's class on Tuesday/Thursday. She loves both classes. On Monday's there are only three students in Mrs. Miriam's class. Maddie, Stiles, and Matthew. Maddie and Matthew have a very love/hate relationship. Maddie always tells me that Matthew said, "no" and he "whined a lot." I do think they miss each other when one of them is out sick. I'm so happy she has such a terrific school and is learning so much.

Friday - Maddie likes her fairy costume. This evening she was in her costume and Daddy asked her what her magic power was. Somehow they started talking about shocking and suddenly everything Maddie put her hands out and when "shhhhhhh" Daddy would violently shake. Maddie thought it was hilarious and kept doing it over and over for  what felt like hours!

Saturday - We went to have our Christmas photos taken today at JCPenney's. Tiffany wasn't back taking photos yet, but when she saw us on the schedule, she came in early just to take our pics. After our photo session, Maddie and I headed over to Nana's house. The kids played outside together and then inside playing games. Mom, Vanessa and I chatted while the kiddos played.
