Welcome to Project Life 2014! If you are new to my blog, welcome! I hope you will stay a while. I'm Jessica, wife to Juan, mommy to 2 year old Maddie. I am also an electrical engineer by day and I am participating in Project Life, a different way to record our lives by taking one photo a day. This was inspired by the fabulous Becky Higgins who has put together a wonderful kit to make this challenge easier.
I am using the digital kit on shutterfly. This digital version is SUPER easy to use! See my completed pages for 2012 using the Shutterfly Cobalt kit HERE. I will hopefully be posting my 2013 pages soon.

Wednesday - Photos of Maddie's art projects from school this week. She loves Ascension and is very excited to go each day!

Thursday - We learned while on vacation that we were selected for the yard of the month. We returned to this sign in our yard and a $50 gift card from Calloway's. Siobhan came over for dinner this evening. She put Maddie's hair up and they had a tickle fight! Maddie loves Miss Siobhan, as do we.

Saturday - Juan let me meet my besties, Angie and Shannon, at Scrap 'n Paradise in Blanchard, OK for a weekend away! I was so excited to get away, see my besties, and of course, SCRAP! It was quite fabulous, but Shannon and Angie were cranky and didn't want their photos taken. When I arrived home, I found photos on Juan's phone that Maddie took of him on the toilet. She has learned how to access the camera on our phones and we are finding all sorts of crazy photos. I am definitely including those photos in our family album, but I'll spare everyone seeing them here. :)
