New Layout - Jacob's Well (85/86)

Happy Sunday,

I glued a bit today and completed this layout from our first solo trip without the kiddo. Great Memories!

I played along with Paper Issues March Challenge - Love to Hear Percussion. This challenge is to Grab that ink, mist or paint and splat it on your project to create a striking project!  I used distressed oxides and splattered away.

This is a kit from CTMH and added a HeidiSwapp date stamp, Tim Holtz distressed oxides, and stamps from Elle's Studio.

New Layout - Wimberley Wineries (83/84)

Hello all my scrappy friends,

Is anyone else scrapping today? I completed this layout for the Paper Issues March In Perfect Harmony challenge. This challenge is to pick any two colors and use them exclusively showing us how they work in perfect harmony.  I used green and purple for my two colors.

I used a kit from SimplyStitchedScrapbooking.net and added wood alphas from Simple Stories.

New Layout - Sesame Street Live (80/81)

Why do the weekends fly so fast? I finished this page late last night. 

I played along with Paper Issues March challenge One Hit Wonder. From Rockin' Robin to The Macarena...there are so many amazing one hit wonders!! Which is your favorite?? This challenge is easy for me, just use ONE PHOTO on a layout. That's it! I have a feeling this one is going to be very popular!

I used a kit from Scrapbook Generation. I added alphas from Simple Stories and Elle's Studio, label stickers from Elle's Studio, word phrase from Studio Tekturek, nuvo dots, journaling block from Recollections, paper from Simple Stories and lots of fussy cutting.

I played along with Paper Issues March challenge All About the Bass. Create a project using only the bottom half of your page. Load it up, keep it simple, there is no right or wrong when you're creating.

I used the entire Vicki Boutin Storyteller line for this page. The only "extra" I added was ink from CTMH and the date stamp from Heidi Swap.

New Layout - Daddy's Girl (77) and Fine Little Day (78)

I'm finally getting to scrap! Here's a couple of pages I completed. These are both created using really old photos from 2015 of DD.

The first layout I played along with Paper Issues Scraplift Sunday and lifted Sarah Kee. Here is her layout:

I used smooshing and splatters for the background with Tim Holtz distressed oxides. I added tabs from Elle's Studio, really old stickers from K&Company, white felt stickers from Martha Stewart, misc word stickers from CTMH, an arrow stencil from Simple Stories, and stamps and inks from CTMH.

For the second layout, I played along with Paper Issues March sketch. I used paper from Karen Foster and Studio Tekturek, puffy stickers from Elle's Studio, stars from Elle's Studio and Bella Blvd, word stickers from Studio Tekturek, label stickers from Studio Tekturek, a title thicker from Dear Lizzy, and a Martha Stewart border punch.

Happy St. Patrick's Day,

I'm here to share a layout I created playing along with Paper Issues March challenge Tuning Fork. This challenge is to leave that middle free and tune your focus to the sides of your page only.  Here's my attempt.

I used the Let's Stay Home PinkFresh line of papers, puffy stickers, ephemera, die cuts, enamel dots, and stickers. I added smooshing and splatters using Distressed oxides, tabs from Elle's Studio, alphabet stickers from Bella Blvd, and ink/stamps from CTMH.

Spring break is here and while we are staycationing, I got to spend some time scrapping.

For the first layout I played along with Paper Issues March sketch challenge.

I used old BoBunny papers and chipboard stickers, Quickutz die, CM punches and circle cutter, Thickers, CTMH stamps and Tim Holtz distressed oxides.

My second layout is from Out on a Limb and I added a HeidiSwapp date stamp and Pretty Little Studio journaling block.

New Layout - Play that Funky Music (72)

Me again,

I kept playing this morning and completed another layout from 2015!

I played along with Paper Issues March challenge Karaoke, to use a song title.  Play that Funky Music, of course.

I used the Studio Tekturek line Strawberry shake collection: paper, chipboard stickers, stickers and journaling block. I added a really old Queen&Co felt border strip, old paper from my stash for the background, stamps and ink from CTMH, quickutz music notes, and alphas from Bella Blvd and Thickers.

New Layout - Everyday (70/71)

Hello,

I've been swamped with work and not able to scrap, it's been sooooo long. This week has been especially rough, my grandma had a stroke and has been in the ICU since Thursday. There are complications and it doesn't appear that recovery is a viable option. I needed to scrap, so I was up super early (5AM) - unheard of for me, I'm definitely a night owl. But I'm happy that I was able to wrap up this layout and document this sweet story for my little girl.

I played along with Paper Issues In the Mood challenge for March, using this mood board. I copied the colors, grid pattern with grid paper, handwritten journaling, and created banner like the sign.

I used a kit from Simple Stories and added stickers from the same Simple Story line.
