Welcome to Project Life 2018! If you are new to my blog, welcome! I hope you will stay a while. I'm Jessica, wife to Juan, mommy to 6 year old Maddie. I am also an electrical engineer by day and I am participating in Project Life, a different way to record our lives by taking one photo a day. This was inspired by the fabulous Becky Higgins.
I missed posting most of last year and am determined to do better this year!
And finally, my POTW (pictures of the week) -
Tuesday - Maddie wrote on Juan's board sometime in the past few weeks. Glad she is learning math, but Juan was concerned she is dislyxic. Maddie had Willa over for a playdate today. Willa really wanted to do a "craft" in my scrap room. I didn't feel like dragging a bunch of arts and crafts out for them. They grabbed some tap and scissors and Maddie's stack of paper and spent an hour creating crowns, bracelets and other items. I had forgotten that crafts and imagination doesn't always necessitate a huge craft project. They were just as happy with paper and tape!
Friday - Maddie has been reading a lot of Dr. Seuss books lately. Her reading has improved so much, just in the past couple of months! I love hearing her read.
Thanks for visiting!
