Dream Big Little One - New Layout

I am way out of creative practice. This is the first layout I've created on my own for a couple of months and it was difficult. It is pretty simple, but I struggled with it all weekend; yes, it is the ONLY layout I completed. We did get Maddie's 2 year pictures taken and spent the day today at the State Fair of Texas, so I do have a bit of an excuse.

This layout is of Maddie at just 59 days old, sleeping peacefully in her swing.

I also played along with Scrap Our Stash Challenge #8 - a Tic Tac Toe board:  

I used the first column with pink washi tape along the photo edges, a pink journaling card, and seven brads (4 on the corners of the banners and 3 along the bottom of the journaling block).

I also played along with Paper Secrets - Link up for Pink challenge to celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness. I used pink banners, journaling black and washi tape.

Finally, I played along with Frosted Designs challenge to add texture. I used pre-made fuzzy sheep as well as puffy stickers, ribbon, embossed paper and metal brads. Definitely not as straight forward as paste, but there is definitely texture there!
