Suprise, surprise, this layout I completed today was not for any sort of challenge. I actually came up with it all by my lonesome, I didn't even use a sketch....how's that for creative! This is with the new My Mind's Eye "Lost & Found" line, which I love. I also used some new butterflies from Prima Flowers. It was also the first time, I think ever, that I used buttons on a layout. Wow, I am just creatively out of control today! See detailed shots below.
I began this blog to document my POTD (picture of the day) for our Project Life album in 2010. In Sept. 2011 I had our first baby and I plan for her to have the most documented life possible. I have continued each year with Project Life, but also have expanded my blog to include layouts and other creations. Life has gotten busy, so I don't post as often as I used to, but am still determined to try. I would love to have you join me on our journey! Thank you for visiting!

Arboretum - Family Layout
My great friend Angie has been visiting me in Dallas this holiday weekend and we have been scrapping up a storm. We stayed up until 2am or 3am everynight. That is seriously late for us old 'uns. I have completed 11 pages and my goal was 14, so we'll see if I hit it today.

Great colors- those butterflies work perfectly with that paper, and I like where you ended up putting all the buttons.
