New Layout (#110)

I created this layout using Rochelle Spears July sketch AND the Scrap with Stacy Tic Tac Toe challenge!  I actually had 2 tic tac toes - the 2nd row (red, white and blue, stickers, and 2 photos) and the diagonal (tag, stickers, and twine). 

I used a combination of Scrapbook Customs, doodlebug design inc, and cosmic watercolors from Vicki Boutin.
